Kol Suu Yurt Camp is located about 550 km far from Bishkek in Naryn region close to Chinese Border. The Yurt Camp took it names from the glacier lake Kol Sui situated just 14 km far from the Yurt Camp. Yurt Camp is at the altitude of 3 514 m
Kol Suu is a spectacular glacial lake set in a rocky canyon whose shear sides drop almost straight down into the lake. It's difficult to get to, but is one of the most beautiful spots in all of Kyrgyzstan. It is located in the southeast of Naryn Oblast, near the Chinese border. It’s quickly becoming one of region’s most popular tourist destination. Lake Kol Suu offers breathtaking views both on the steep climb up to the lake as well as at its shores. The water in the lake Kol Suu is fresh and has a greenish tint. The lake is around 18 km long from the beginning of the valley and can be reached within an hour with the help of a fascinating horse riding trip or steep hike. Kol Suu Lake is an interesting and unexplored place for diving and makes for excellent kayaking!
